If the product has any unsolvable technical problems, please email info@smart-tuning.co.uk within 1 year(subject to logistics display delivery) after receiving the goods for instructions on how to return product for a full refund or exchange or maintain. Our products support 14 days return, 6 months replacement and free maintenance service within one year.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@smart-tuning.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll tell you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note:For orders over 14 days, we do not provide refund service. But you can replace it.

If you need to replace the product, then we will confirm the address with you after receiving the returned, and send you a brand new product within 2-3 working days, you do not need to bear any other costs.

    FULLY INTEGRATED APPLE CARPLAY OR ANDROID AUTO INTO YOUR AUDI Q2

     

    This retrofit interface from Smart Tuning enables you to use Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality on your cars original screen. 

     

    Retains full original factory information displayed on the cars screen. Provides full integration with factory controls.

     

    It retains the reverse camera / 360 cameras. When you select Reverse the screen will switch to rear / 360 camera and when you select Drive it will switch to front camera and after couple of seconds back to carplay or original menu depending where it was before.

     

    Our kit is using the original Bluetooth audio for sound and calls which provides a better sound/calls quality and a better integration overall. 

    The car must have aux/external audio input  or bluetooth audio otherwise the sound won't work.
